1. Station locations

Although locations of the hydrographic data were different from the ASUKA line,
the data from this cruise were included in the dataset.
A part of the hydrographic station for this cruise was close to to the coastal site of
the PIES mooring location on the ASUKA line.


2. Correction for the CTD salinity profiles

The CTD salinity profiles were corrected by using the following equation:
S_corrected = S_original * (a * p**2 + 1)
a = -5.436314864432954e-10
where p is pressure (dbar) and a is the correction coefficient.
