The following values were added to the XCTD salinity profiles to correct the XCTD salinity biases.

2. Correction for the XCTD salinity profiles

The XCTD salinity profiles were corrected by using the following equation:
S_corrected = S_original - (c0 + c1 * t)
c0 = 0.0670646593323146
c1 = -0.00475635881789465
where t is temperature (degC) and c0 and c1 are the correction coefficients.
