Hakata Machiya Folk Museum In this restored merchants house, you will learn the history of Fukuoka, spend some time in a traditional crafts workshop and see traditional fabric weaving.

Canal City Hakata Shopping Complex (Walk through) Enjoy walking and photo taking in the futuristic atmosphere. There are more than 200 shops and restaurants, including musical theater and cinema. You will see a fountain show every one hour. |

Japanese Martial Art Ovserve students' Japanese fencing lesson at training house owned by the Master of Kendo. There will be a demonstration of very rare traditional form of Japanese fencing using real sword. You can see Armor and traditional flower arrangement,too. There will be a tea ceremony served by Japanese ladies wearing colorful traditional cloth, Kimono. |
