cancel the meeting in Pacifico Yokohama. For authors, please see following
guidelines.
1)The publication of the abstract will be officially regarded as the presentations
by “registered” speakers.
2)Extended abstracts will be distributed to the people who registered for
the LEDIA 2020.
3) LEDIA 2020 will provide presentation certificates to the authors who
have registered for LEDIA 2020 by April 7, 2020.
4) All the keynote/invited talks will be cancelled, and their abstracts
are not included in the extended abstracts.
5) We will not prevent resubmission your paper to another conference. If
you wish to withdraw your paper, please contact us by April 7, 2020.
Light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and laser diodes (LDs) have been attracting
much attention for the application to solid-state lighting. In order to
meet the rapid increase in the application fields, the discussion opportunities
between the device developers and material scientists are required. We
are pleased to announce that the 8th Conference on Light-Emitting Devices
and Their Industrial Application (LEDIA 2020) will be held at Pacifico
Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan, on April 21 - 23, 2020. LEDIA 2020 provides
a platform for scientists and engineers to discuss progress and future
trends in the rapidly advancing science and technology of wide bandgap
semiconductors for LEDs and their applications. Their applications into
visible and ultraviolet LEDs and laser diodes (LDs) are also included in
the scope of this meeting. LEDIA 2020 is sponsored by Akasaki Research
Center (ARC), Nagoya University.
