A new task proposal "Downwind Turbine Technology (Prof. Shigeo YOSHIDA as the Operating Agent)" was adopted by IEA Wind in IEA (International Energy Agency). This is the first project hosted by Japan, since the establishment of IEA Wind in 1977.
